In order to expedite your website changes quickly and efficiently, please be sure to complete the following:

  • Select a maintenance schedule that works best for your business (i/e annually, bi-annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly).
  • Collect and keep record(s) of changes, updates, upcoming promotional campaigns and anything else you wish to display on your website.  If you think of something you’d like to incorporate, write it down! You may forget your ideas later and miss out on a wonderful opportunity to share information with your clients!
  • Submit all maintenance requests in a timely fashion to ensure your changes are completed by specific dates.
  • Submit your changes via email or fax them to 888.251.1008  *Due to documentation/recordkeeping requirements, we are unable to process telephone change orders that are unaccompanied by fax or email.
